Panetta McGrath was founded by Enore Panetta and Gemma McGrath. After careers built in the litigation practices of major law firms, Enore and Gemma recognised that their skill sets would offer medical, health and other professionals the benefits of working with energetic lawyers who are passionate about medical and health law.

The core of our work is health law and we remain committed to serving the needs of this sector. We have unrivalled expertise and experience in advising and representing medical and other health practitioners, as well as health-related entities such as medical defence organisations, insurers, hospitals and vocational bodies in relation to a wide spectrum of legal issues including complaints, litigation and dispute resolution, investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
