Panetta McGrath Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Stamper as Special Counsel & Joseph Lloyd as Senior Associate to its Employment and Workplace Relations team.
Victoria advises clients in relation to all aspects of the employment relationship and has worked for corporate clients and individuals in a variety of sectors including health, aged care, mining, manufacturing, construction, and professional services.
Joseph recently spent several years at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety where he managed complex and high-profile WorkSafe prosecutions, including regularly appearing as counsel on proceedings arising from serious or fatal workplace incidents.
