Cristie joined Panetta McGrath on 1 April 2021 with the motor injury insurance team from O’Sullivan Partners on the merger of the two firms and has assisted in all aspects of assessing claims and preparing matters to proceed to pre-trial and informal conferences or trial.
She has a wide range of insurance and commercial litigation experience, having commenced her legal career at a large West Australian law firm where she practised in commercial litigation, debt recovery and defendant insurance claims, and subsequently worked in-house for a major bank.
Cristie holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
