Morgan is a solicitor with experience in our Health and Aged Care team, Employment & Workplace Relations team, and Motor Insurance team.
Morgan has worked with Panetta McGrath since 2019, initially working as a Law Clerk undertaking a variety of research and other tasks to assist solicitors across both the Health Law and Employment team. Upon the completion of her law degree in 2020, Morgan continued working at Panetta McGrath as a Law Graduate, primarily in the Health Law, and Employment teams.
She has assisted in advising health practitioners on a wide range of legal issues, including civil litigation disputes, disciplinary matters and criminal issues related to professional duties (e.g. practising without a registration). Morgan has also assisted in the interpretation of contractual obligations, modern awards, and other related employment disputes.
Throughout her experience at Panetta McGrath, she has gained an understanding of the relevant regulatory framework and civil procedure, with a requisite understanding of the impact that legal proceedings and related matters have on a personal level.
Morgan was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2021. She attended the University of Western Australia from 2015 to 2020 and holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science (Psychological Science and Human Biology).
