Natalie is a Special Counsel in our Employment and Workplace Relations team.
Natalie advises clients across many industries, both in the private and public sectors on all aspects of employment law including termination of employment, managing ill and injured employees, discrimination matters, workplace bullying, drafting employment contracts, performance management of employees and disciplinary matters.
Natalie also assists employers with undertaking workplace investigations, occupational health and safety compliance and industrial relations matters including developing workplace policies and strategies, negotiating enterprise agreements and providing support on corporate structures, transfer of business and transfer of employment situations.
Prior to joining Panetta McGrath, Natalie commenced her career at an international law firm. She was also employed as a Legal Consultant at a global consulting company in London.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
