Nathan is a solicitor in our Health Law Team, bringing unique insight to medical defence work through his experience across both regulatory investigation and plaintiff litigation.
Prior to joining Panetta McGrath, Nathan worked as an investigator with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) before joining the Medical Law team of a national Plaintiff firm. This diverse experience in healthcare regulation and medical negligence litigation enables him to provide strategic defence advice informed by a comprehensive understanding of both investigative processes and plaintiff strategies.
Before his legal career, Nathan served as a prison officer (Special Operations Group) and in the Royal Australian Air Force. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2022, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Sturt University and is currently completing his Master of Laws at Southern Cross University.
Nathan is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia.
