Alice is an Associate in the Health Law team, specialising in treatment liability and health vocational disciplinary matters. Alice advises medical professionals, healthcare providers, and insurers on issues relating to patient care, medical negligence and regulatory compliance. Alice also represents clients in civil litigation proceedings in the District Court and State Administrative Tribunal.
Before specialising in health law, Alice gained valuable experience in employment law, advising clients with unfair dismissals, general protections and discrimination matters in the Fair Work Commission, WA Industrial Relations Commission and the Equal Opportunity Commission. Alice also served as an Associate to a Federal Court judge, where she gained significant insight into a variety of complex legal issues and the judicial-making process.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Arts (Politics & International Relations) from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia in 2020.
Outside of legal practice, Alice serves as a Director of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association, supporting the promotion of swimmer safety and welfare across the Rottnest Channel. Additionally, Alice volunteers as a lifesaver with Surf Life Saving WA, demonstrating her dedication to community safety and well-being.
