Ryan is an Associate in our Commercial team.
Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, England, and Wales since 2020, Ryan has worked in both in-house and private practice roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on legal and business challenges.
Before joining Panetta McGrath, Ryan was Legal Counsel for a cross-border life insurance provider in Dublin. In this role, he advised on a broad range of matters, including regulatory compliance, contract management, and corporate governance, while providing support to the company’s board and senior management.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and French from University College Cork and a Master’s Degree in European Law from Leiden University. He has also earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional credential, which is recognised as the leading global certification in privacy and data protection.
Ryan takes a practical, business-focused, approach to his work, helping clients find clear and effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
