Ryan is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team at Panetta McGrath Lawyers, focusing on the health, aged care, and retirement living sectors. Admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia, Ireland, England and Wales, he has worked in both in-house and private practice roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on legal and business challenges.
Before joining Panetta McGrath, Ryan was Legal Counsel for a cross-border life insurance provider in Dublin. In this role, he advised on a broad range of matters, including regulatory compliance, contract management, and corporate governance, while providing support to the company’s board and senior management.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and French from University College Cork, a Master’s Degree in European Law from Leiden University, and the Certified Information Privacy Professional credential.
