Jenny Edinger completed a Juris Doctor in Law in 2011.
Prior to studying law, Jenny worked as an Employee Relations Manager and Occupational Health and Safety Co-ordinator for large Australian companies.
Jenny brings her practical experience of employee and industrial relations matters and occupational health and safety issues to our workplace relations and employment law practice.
Jenny has assisted employers to draft and negotiate enterprise agreements and assisted with resolving complex matters including award interpretation and management of employee issues including performance, discipline, termination and redundancy.
Jenny is also skilled in conducting effective workplace investigations and representing parties in disciplinary investigations. Jenny prepares investigation reports and also provides advice at Board and senior management level regarding the outcome of particular investigations.
