Jenny is a Special Counsel in our Employment and Workplace Relations team.

Jenny assists employers with drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements and with resolving complex matters relating to award interpretation and employee issues management (performance, discipline, termination and redundancy).

Skilled in conducting effective workplace investigations and payroll compliance auditing, Jenny also prepares reports and advises Boards and senior management on investigation and audit outcomes.

Jenny also assists employees in resolving workplace disputes and provides representation in disciplinary investigations and occupational registration matters.

Jenny’s matters have included proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court, Fair Work Commission, Supreme Court, the Industrial Magistrates Court and the WA Industrial Relation Commission.

Prior to her career in the law, Jenny worked as an Employee Relations Manager and Occupational Health and Safety Co-ordinator for large Australian companies. Jenny brings this wealth of practical experience to the firm.

Jenny is recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Employment Lawyer (Employee & Union Representation), Western Australia.

Jenny completed a Juris Doctor in Law in 2011. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University.
