Prue is an Associate in our Health Law and Aged Care and Retirement Living Law teams.
Prue acts for health agencies and vocational regulation boards, health care practitioners, private health care organisations and aged care providers.
Prue advises vocational regulation boards on issues relating to registration, documentation and professional conduct. She has also assisted a variety of professionals in vocational disciplinary matters, including professionals in the accounting, education and real estate sectors.
In the aged care sector, Prue advises providers with respect to provisions of the Aged Care Act 1997 and its application to their business. She also advises clients in the Tribunal on matters relating to guardianship and administration.
Prue represents clients in civil litigation proceedings in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Panetta McGrath, Prue worked at a top-tier national firm in their litigation team where she gained experience in large-scale trial preparation and case management.
Prue is a Legal Member of the South Metropolitan Health Service Human Research and Ethics Committee.
Prue was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
