Sean assists clients across all areas of our employment law practice – including difficult or sensitive disciplinary matters, enterprise bargaining, contracting, workplace governance (strategy, policies, procedures, investigation, and auditing activities) and represents parties in employment-related litigation.
Alice assists clients with advice on various employment issues, drafting employment contracts and contractor agreements, and drafting enterprise agreements and their associated approval applications. Alice also assists employers with unfair dismissal, general protections and bullying applications in the Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission.
