We are delighted to announce the promotion of Alex Crowhurst to Associate in our Health Law Team.
Alex advises practitioners across both civil litigation and disciplinary matters. In the disciplinary context, Alex provides strategic advice and representation in Ahpra investigations, State Administrative Tribunal proceedings, hospital investigations, coronial inquests, and other regulatory and disciplinary matters. In civil proceedings, Alex represents practitioners in litigation before the Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Alex is an invaluable member of the Panetta McGrath team, consistently demonstrating excellence across all aspects of his work.
